Hi guys!sorry I not update my blog in several days.I actually got headache and I cannot open my laptop.Right now I feel better and get well.When I got headache,I use this treatment to recover from headache:
tips#1fresh air alleviates headache-in our life,we prefer to use air-conditioned,now switch off the air-conditioned and let your body breathe fresh air from outside.
tips#2relieve your eyes to reduce headache-let your eyes rest from the work and from computer screen.
tips#3mind your sitting position-make sure your sitting style is correct,the best position is keeping your head aligned with the spine when you sit,and your wrist straight and aligned with the forearms when you're typing.
tips#4stress is the killer-don't let yourself in stress mode when you got headache.
tips#5DIY acupoint massaging-rest your hands on top of your head at each side and spread your fingers.Using your fingertips, knock lightly from the top and to the sides,for at least 10 times on each area.
